The following cancellation policy applies to all basic prices mentioned above:

Can be canceled and changed free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, otherwise a fee of 80% of the total booking price will be charged.

On all booking costs

Our discount of 10% is valid for the overnight prices corresponding to the basic prices listed above, regardless of whether it is high or low season, as well as the additional costs for additional guests. Only the pure accommodation costs are taken into account in the discount; additional services and fees are charged independently.

Pay today

The required advance payment of 100% of the total overnight price guarantees your vacation, including the early bird discount! You will receive all details about the advance transfer separately from us.

Cancellation excluded

For bookings taking into account the early bird discount, this is non-refundable and cannot be changed after the booking has been completed. Acts of goodwill are excluded. The advance payment made cannot be refunded.

Additional costs and services

Final cleaning fee

A mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 49 will be charged per booking, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

Bread and rolls as well as drinks delivery

Delivery is free of charge for you, but only possible after prior arrangement. Only the price of the goods is calculated.

Laundry service

Available on request for an additional fee of EUR 5 per load of washing or EUR 10 per load of washing and drying. The laundry area is available free of charge, as well as the ironing board and iron.

Provision of barbecue accessories

Only possible on request.
